Fulfillment:
All orders are fulfilled (picked and packed) within 48 hours except for weekends. Orders ship Monday-Friday.
Transit times:
UPS Standard: 3-5 days after fulfillment.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 days after fulfillment.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days after fulfillment.
Shipping locations:
We currently ship to all states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via standard shipping.
UPS 2nd Day Air is only available in the lower 48 states in the US. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces (Americas, Europe, Pacific).
Other shipping notes:
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so please use a valid address with your order. If you must ship to a PO Box, your order will ship via USPS.

Returns
Given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If something is not as expected, please reach out to the team at hi@hellowinx.com and we will be there to help.
Please know that while we are doing everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery, shipping times are not guaranteed.Â
Cancellations
Orders can no longer be cancelled once they've been shipped. If you'd like to terminate recurring orders, you must cancel the subscription online prior to an order being placed. You will receive confirmation via email and that’s when you will stop being charged. Customers are notified of upcoming orders three days before their next order is placed so you can pause your subscription, cancel your subscription, or modify any address or payment method associated with your subscription before your next order.
We're always happy to help out in the event that need to cancel or modify an order. However, once an order has been placed, our small support team may not be able to make changes before an order has shipped.
